  • Do I need experience to apply for the positions provided?
    You need to be a student at a university in Heilbronn. Prior experience working in teams is expected, as collaboration is a key aspect of our work.
  • Do I need to speak German?
    Our primary working language is German, so a good level of German proficiency is required. However, we also welcome English-speaking students for specific tasks such as marketing or website management.
  • What does a typical day look like for volunteers during the event?
    Regular bi-weekly meetings are held for planning. Within your assigned role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals to achieve your team’s goals.
  • How does the team foster collaboration and communication?
    While most of our interactions are online, we also organize team-building events, dinners, and coffee chats to exchange ideas, strengthen communication, and build a sense of community.

We are a group of students from different universities in Heilbronn, working together to bring the TED experience to our city. Our goal is to share knowledge, inspire innovation, and connect people through an annual one-day TEDx event. By organizing this conference, we aim to spread ideas, spark conversations, and create a space for learning and growth.
